These Terms describe use of the Marquez Advisory Group LLC website and our SMS program. SMS enrollment requires a separate affirmative opt-in; visiting our website or accepting these Terms does not enroll you in texts.
Website information and insurance services
Our website provides general information about insurance options and consultation services. Website content is not an insurance contract or a guarantee of eligibility, pricing, approval, coverage, or financial results. Insurance products are subject to insurer availability, underwriting where applicable, policy terms, limitations, and exclusions. Products and services are offered only where the agent and, where required, business are appropriately licensed and authorized. Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not bind coverage; coverage begins according to the issuing insurer's requirements and policy effective date.
SMS program: Marquez Advisory Group LLC
Our program has separate consent choices for conversational and transactional messages, such as appointment reminders and responses to inquiries, and promotional and marketing messages about life insurance options, coverage reviews, and related offers. Automated messages may be used. You receive only categories for which appropriate consent is recorded. Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and selected program. Recurring messages may be sent while you remain subscribed. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Age requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our mobile messaging program.

Voluntary consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance, requesting information, or booking a consultation. Provide a number you own or are authorized to enroll, and notify us if it changes. Marketing consent must be given separately from service-message consent. An unchecked checkbox or submitted telephone number is not SMS marketing permission.
STOP — opting out
Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. We also honor other clear requests to stop. You may receive one opt-out confirmation, after which further program texts stop unless you provide valid new consent. Opting out does not cancel an insurance policy or appointment; contact us if you need to change a service or appointment.
HELP — assistance
Reply HELP for assistance, email marcos@marquezadvisory.com, or call (702) 861-4832. Texting is not an emergency or claims-reporting service. Contact the issuing insurer directly for time-sensitive policy or claims matters.
Delivery and charges
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network and device availability. Contact your wireless provider about messaging charges or plan limits.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information and SMS consent. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS consent is not sold or transferred for another sender's use.
Changes and contact
